2006 9.9 4-Stroke Hard to Start

Hi. I've got a 2006 9.9 4-stroke Big Foot that appears to flood at start-up and idle.
I replaced the fuel pump because gasoline was leaking into the crankcase oil sump.
I still have a problem where the engine will flood at extended idle and yesterday wouldn't start.
​​​​​​​The only adjustment I see on the carburetor are an idle speed screw and a plunger.
Does this carburetor have a way to adjust idle mixture?
