2006 90 hp not peeing

My 90 hp was running fine until it wouldn't stay running. I took it to a shop in Houston Tx and they rebuilt the whole engine and after all that was done it was a simple bulb hose. It never ran the same and now it stop peeing from the back. What could be wrong? I called the shop and they say it could be a clogged line. Any ideas to keep me from going back to surgery for hang nail.

If it is something plugging the tell tail outlet, blowing compressed air into it while running on water hose can help, or running a piece of weed wacker line up it can help also if wasps have built a nest it there

Use metal coat coat hanger and poke around the outlet... they might have installed the impeller upside down/backwards.,....??

I stuck a wire down it not up. It didn't really help, a little water tried to come out. Now that you said the impeller could of been put in backwards this might be par for the mechanic that tore my engine down because he missed a bad hose. Thanks guys.

Hello and thanks for your suggestions. I took the cowling off this morning and removed the hose from the motor, I then stuck a wire into the motor and then the hose. I put the muffs on and cranked her up and a strong water stream was there. Put it back together and running and peeing great.
