Hi, over the winter I started having an issue with my outboard stalling. It will start up and run great for hours with turning on and off and drift fishing on idle. But then it will start to stall out when I restart it. right after it starts it will stall. And then i have to push on the throttle hard to keep from stalling. One I do that it seems to take the motor a little while to get the RPM up to match the throttle position. Is this an issue with winter gas or something more serious? What's a possible solution? thank you.
