2006 mer 90hp 4stroke efi bog out issue

I have just purchased a lund boat with a 90 hp 4 stroke efi. It starts and runs great for 25 to 20 mins. When you drive full or even 3/4for 10 to 15 mins it bogs don't or stalls out. It stays running and you can drive around trolling all day but once you run higher speed it bogs out over and over once its been run hard at all. Any idea will help

Sorry a few more details. Seems to run at high rpms over 6000? Could be the Guage but I doubt it. It has full tank of good gas no ethanol and some sea foam that did not fix the issue.

Dustin, I have a 2013 60 hp Mercury with issues not quite the the same as yours but it is suspect for the same problem I’m having. Mine will start losing speed and dies . I’m may crank, but won’t stay running. I read another forum about Mercury having these similar engine problems. I’ve narrowed it down to the solenoid valve on the engine where the injectors are located . I am going to replace and see if it cures the problem.
