I have a 2006 Mercury 115hp 4 stroke with very low hours.Has been sitting for 3 years and tried to start it. It will crank but no start. I put a fuel pressure gauge on it and no fuel pressure.Have pressure to the engine via the squeeze bulb.Cant hear a fuel pump run. Will the pump run KOEO without trying to start it? Any help would be appreciated
