Insurance auction buy.
2006 Supra 22ssv that met something hard at a good speed

A weekend of disassembly to get off all running gear and get to all the damaged fiberglass on the inside.

Now I have to raise it up off the bunks up front so I can get to the damage on the outside.

Any tips on how to raise it and still leave on the trailer? Due to 90 turn, I can't get it into the garage :(

Oh, man. That was one hell of hit and obviously totaled the boat.

I don't think this can be totally fixed from the outside and maybe this was why the labor hours added up to more than 75% of the current market value so the insurance decided to total it.

Beside the fiberglass damage that definitely requires access to the inside, I am sure some structural elements under deck (stringers & Bulkheads) also was impacted and might need replacement.

Long story short, I would at least try to get an inspection camera there and take a peek of what is going on under deck.

If I were you , I would keep gutting. The outside gel is gone. I see a lot of stress cracks. Plan on painting.

You can left the boat on the trailer easy using floor or cylinder jacks. Use boat jacks to support the hull from the stern. You can still have the trailer under it if you want to.
