2006 yam 150 4 stroke vibe

Have a boat with twin 2006 150 four strokes. Starboard/right engine only has a little vibration and sometimes a squeak at idle. I can bump it up to 800 or 900 rpm and vibration goes away. Is this the dreaded balancer assy going out? If so how difficult or how much will it cost to get it fixed? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

doesnt sound like a balancer,if it is take it to a trusted dealership and have them make a phone call.
sounds more like a belt squeak or a dry drive shaft bushing.
