I have a 2006 Yamaha 225HPDI engine. The boat runs perfectly except for when I throttle it, it will run good and then all the sudden lose power and then gain power right back again. I have replaced the filter that is on the clear cylinder, also the metal filter that is above the fuel pump. I have a replaced all six spark plugs also, and it is still doing the same thing. I can compress the fuel bowel on the fuel line while it’s running and the boat runs fine as long as I keep compressing the rubber bladder located before the engine. If anyone knows what is causing this problem I would sincerely appreciate it to let me know what this might be.
