2007 200 Optimax WOT issue

Hi everyone,
I have a 2007 200HP Optimax and just recently started having issues during WOT. It seems to hesitate occasionally during WOT. I dont notice the speed change as much as the sound of it right now. Instead of having the steady engine hum at WOT, it changes pitch and seems to hesitate? I have put in fresh gas from a marina and added the Mercury fuel additive. I checked the fuel filter and replaced the fuel lines to the tank switch mounted on the rear of my Lund. Seems to run steady at all other throttle positions. Love the motor, just worries me as I head out on Lake Michigan usually solo and don't want to get stranded out there.
I would appreciate any input and ideas.

Update, it is now stumbling at the higher end regularly and dropping a few mph when doing it. Around the time this all started I did some maintanence to my bilge area and did move around the throttle cable and did remove and reconnect the 2 fuel pickup lines. Thinking just coincidence...Any ideas on this stumbling issue at or near WOT? Not sure which direction to go.
