I have a 2007 220 Sea Ray Select with the 6.2 liter Mercruiser. I am having problem getting power to the ignition and smartcraft gauges. It beeps when I turn the key, but that’s it. There is power to the radio, blower, bilge, etc. The batteries are new and fully charged. I’ve checked the fuses under the dash and all are good. Everything worked correctly last weekend. Not sure where to look from here. Is there an ignition reset switch somewhere, or other fuses that I don’t know about? It’s got to be something simple. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

If you didn't hear a beep I would have a better guess, but with a beep, this says the motor gets power and then looses it. The blower and radio is not powered by the key.

Take a voltmeter and put it on the red/purple wire on the key switch (there should be 12V).
Turn ignition ON and see if there is also 12V on the Purple wire

Sounds like a weak battery anything below 10 volts will cause problems ...

Thanks for the advice. I’m pretty sure it isn’t the batteries. Both are brand new and tested on my charger. I’m also not sure about power getting to the engine. If the gauges came on, I might think it was something having to do with the power from the switch to the engine. The boat is on a lift and away from my primary home, so I haven’t been able to put a volt meter on it yet. I won’t be able to that until Thursday. That should give me a much better idea what’s going on. Thanks again!
