I have a fairly steep driveway and the engine acts like it's not getting fuel. I have drained the tank, refilled with non-ethanol 87 octane, changed the oil, filter, fuel filters, plugs, wires, rotor, distributor cap, set the timing and set the carb to spec. The only thing I can think of is the angle of my driveway is causing the fuel to not fill the carb and run back towards the fuel line inlet

Have you actually confirmed you have spark? Have you checked that there is no fuel in the carb?

You could get an outboard tank and hook that up.

I have spark. The idle is rough and bogs out when accelerating then cuts out like it is not getting fuel

Ah, that sounds like a plugged up carb. (when you said 'not getting fuel' I was thinking a supply problem, like the pump)...

Take fuel line off carb, crank engine see if it pumps fuel into a container . Also agree from limited details sounds like you need a carb rebuild
