2007 90hp 4 stroke EFI Maintenance Schedule

Hello there;

I've been boating for years and I just picked up my first 4 stoke. 2007 90hp EFI. I have two questions

1. Is there a regular maintenance schedule somewhere here that I can access?
2. The front latch for the cowl is still there but all the parts on the inside have vibrated away. I have the latch but it just rattles around in there and does not lock anything, and man, that motor is so quiet I can hear that rattle as plain as day. Where's a good place to get parts like this?
