its listed for $18,995 at a dealer. what is a good offer on this boat that is fair?

what do i need to check out and is monterey a good boat!

Not sure what options your boat has. IE..wakeboard tower, upgraded stereo..ect. But with just the Engine upgrade to the 5.0, Nada.com has your boat listed at 13,600 average retail without the trailer. I'd say the dealer is smokin crack. If I was really serious about the boat, and I got a nice dual axle trailer with it..I would aim for 15k.

I own a Monterey and really like it..Its a 95, but its a nice middle of the pack boat..similar to a Sea Ray. I have a 210..21ft BR. 5.7L Alpha.
