2007 rude E-TECH 115hp

i bought this motor new, and when i park the boat at shore and trim motor all the way up it will overnight creep down, is this normal, i dont see a leak anywhere thanks,JRD.

Not normal, but, if you don't trailer long distances, probably not a big deal either. Motor should stay where you trim it.

Is the motor completely down by morning?

Try to spray some soapy water on all the seals(when motor is in the 'up' position), check for bubbles.

Talk to your dlr. BRP had a problem with those units doing this.

thanks guys,as far as trailering the boat stays on one lake ,otherwise there is a trailering bracket that swings down for support,but i use a transom saver so that doesn't matter,you are right about brp having problems i kind of suspected that, but have been dealing with it by always putting full up and sticking piece of wood in, and now i am out of warranty, but going to contact them and see if they have any factory bulletins on it, otherwise outstanding motor, thanks again, JRD.

Call BRP Customer Service at 1-847-689-7090. They may give you some help as they did have a prob with them leaking down when sitting.
