we finally have 9 hours on our new boat and am disappointed in the no wake speed handling....at 1000 rpm boat porpoises 5 degrees left to right making steering very iffy at best...when you hit a small cross wind, there seems to be very little control...as soon as i got back on trailer i checked for play in outdrive and it seemed tight...no unusual play..any suggestions on how to tighten up control....thanks....

actually it is perfectly normal, it is called bow steer, it is cause by different pressure on each side of the bow, by the water. do not over steer. boat manufacturers have been trying to figure out how to stop of for decades.

OHH OK Td , mine doesnt do it unless I am really crawling !!! I was thinking that if he went with a lower pitch prop it would give him a little more control !! learn something new every day !! John
