Hello.
Working on a 15 hp fourstroke. It idles fine but when throttled it just dies unless you fether the throttle. I pulled carb to clean. When i went to put back to geather i noticed the carb bowl oring gasket had really shrunk. I managed to get it back on. Pit carb back on motor and primed ball and fuel poured out carb. Not the bowl gasket either. It never leaked before teardown. What might i be missing? I pulled apart a few rimes to check. If i tip carb upside sown so needle should be sealed and blow in fuel in let it wont hold any pressure at all. Could rubber on needle shrunk too?
Thanks in advance for any help.
