Trying to troubleshoot an issue on my dad's pontoon that he picked up earlier this year.
Here is what we've done so far:
Inspected/tested the fuel supply module - pump screens are clean and fuel line was replaced
Drained fuel tank and added new fuel
Spark Plugs - factory gap
New fuel filters
New mesh air filter
New filter on the fuel/water separator
New impeller
We are having a repetitive issue, after the engine runs for roughly 5 minutes and get to temperature the engine starts to choke itself out (note the bubbles in the video) and it dies. After it shuts off, it won't run until it cools off.
