Hi guys,
Im looking for some help.
I have a 08 merc 90 optimax which has a constant alarm. This has been diagnosed by mech as a fault on the ecu.
It is putting a negative to warning wire, im pretty sure on pin 11.
A couple of questions.
Has anyone had a repair done on their ecu/pcm before?
If i cant get this repaired and can find a second hand 115 ecu and upgrade the throttle body on my 90 is this worth the extra hp i would get and is this as easy as it sounds.
I am mechanically minded so do most things myself if it aint computer related!
