I just re-powered my 19' center console with this outboard. It's a Pacemaker motor and has less than 10hrs on it. The sea trial went well and we finalized the purchase. On the way home we put it in the water at my local ramp and took it out to the bay and back. Never got over 38mph with the old Force 120 so it was a delight to clock 46mph. I thought, however, the hull seemed to "dance" a little and when we got it back on the trailer I noticed there was no trim tab, altho there is a threaded hole where the tab would go (just like my old Force). My question(s)? Should I install a tab and will it give me a more solid ride?
