200hp merc D144665 4stroke or 2 stroke?

I was told that this jet motor was a 4 stroke oil injected. I have never heard of this and the injection oil is the light blue ( looks like 2 stroke to me ). I am pretty sure the motor is a 1992ELPTO motor based on the serial number and its options. I know it has super low hours on it and has never been in salt water in makes the 23' sled it sits on fly. BUt I am almost sure it has to be a 2 stroke as I never heard of an oil injected 4 stroke. Can someone confirm to me anything about this motor based on the serial number D144665.

That s/n is a two stroke model:

1200412MD MERCURY 1992 200
