2010 3.0L i/o possible fuel issue?

I'm pretty sure I have a fuel issue but the where I my guesses end and I need help

2010 stingray 180RX w/ volvo 3.0L. First outing of the season after it starting and running fine in the driveway. It will start like a champ and idle fine. And with it in neutral it'll rev but in gear I can accel at all.
First thing this morning it ran fine at WOT then when I came off a plane it stalled and my problems started. I dumped the moisture separating fuel filter cup thing on the bottom of the pump and if didn't fix it (thought there was water in the gas)
Carb will shoot gas out of the main jets like normal when I manually rev it

That is not a water separating fuel filter on the pump. It just blocks debris.
Best thing to do is get a water separating fuel filter kit and install it between the tank and fuel pump.
Sounds lean, and may be dirt or possibly water corrosion in the carb itself.

So that is semi in line with what I was thinking. I don't get it, it'll rev while it's in neutral. Any chance it's bad gas? Any chance there's water in the bowl on the carb?
Just trying to know where to start and pumping 27gallons of gas out just doesn't sound fun

With no load, you need a thimble full of fuel to rev the engine, under load you need a cup full.

So looked on the normal site i do for exploded views of various parts for this motor and since the carb is made by demon they dont have the internals anywhere on the site. I went to demon's site and no help either. Any one have an exploded view of the carb so i know where to go to look for junk in it this weekend?
