2010 75 ELPT Optimax

Looking at a 2010 Optimax 75 ELPT. I know Tohatsu makes the smaller 4 strokes for Mercury. Does anyone know who actually manufactures this outboard? I'd also appreciate any comments...good..bad..ugly...regarding performance, reliability and fuel consumption of this model. I have not been able to find any reviews..only the spec sheet.

I just bought a 2011 75hp ELPT Optimax for my pontoon boat, I love it, it starts easily, idles smooth, plenty of power and get's great gas mileage. I replaced a 1998 75hp Force and I can tell you that at 4200 rpm's the Opti is faster then the Force at 5600 rpm's and I am not exagerating here the opti gets at least double the gas mileage. My advice get the Merc you will not be disappointed.
