2010 lund explorer 1825 with 125hp

Do you think the 125 on this boat (2010 explorer 1825) is enough motor.
It has max rating of 150. I want too be able too pull skiers and wakeboads.
Anyone have any experience with this combo.

Ok, not much help here.
Baought a new lund 1825 with 150hp etec on it.

There isn't much activity here in the Lund forum. I think the 125 will be fine. You might need to play with prop pitch to get the perfect set up.

My '07 1800 Explorer has the same hull as yours, and mine runs 30-33 mph WOT, with a heavy 3-4 person load, with just my 90 Honda tiller on it. (boat is rated 90 w/tiller, 150 w/a wheel). I've pulled plenty of skiers, tubers, and boards, including some big tubes, doubled up - no problem.
