Sounds like it. I think on your age of engine it will be a communal drain system with quick connect fittings all leading to a main drain point. Usually down under water pump if it’s a bravo drive.
If it’s not visually broken then it should snap back on. If it’s briken I’d be worried why. Many convert to solid plugs for all the drains
