mine don't work very well at all. they're just not secure.. i could rip the thing open with 1 hand easily when it's latched. there's a little tab on the inside where the latching arm should engage. those tabe are nearly straight up. should they be horizontal? i tried bending them a little bit but i couldn't turn the latch after that. would someone with properly functioning latches be able to take a pic of theirs for me? the inside? just so i can see how it's supposed to be. thanks..
