2010 Suzuki DF100 4 stroke will not build RPM's

At first motor would surge for a few minutes and then run fine the rest of the day. After the boat sat for a week or so it would do the same thing. This happened several times. Now it will not build RPMs at all even at full throttle it goes barely above idle. Only use non Ethenol fuel with Startron. Fuel System was just totally cleaned from onboard filter to gas tank. New seperator and hoses also.

Check your connections at your seperator, especially since it's a new install. The connectios should be double clamped.

monitoring fuel pressures would help you know if it was a fuel delivery problem.
plugging of filters/screens, or sucking air.
even injectors have screens/filters that can plug
