2011 125hp Mercury Optimax Oil Question

I have been using the Mercury DFI oil. I bought some Quicksilver and was wondering if I could mix the two together in the reservoir. Or do I have to wait until the reservo it is empty before I add it.

i have read in the manual that DFI Oil and Quicksilver/Mercury Premium Plus are completely compatible and can be mixed.
