2011 Starcraft 2119 - My first boat?

I think I found which boat I want as my first. I would have liked an outboard (due to boating in the ocean) but most outboards with a bowrider seating set up seem to be on dual consoles. I priced out some of the dual consoles such as the Keywest and they are nearly $20k more than a Starcraft I like.

Problem is there are no Starcraft dealers within 100 miles of me and I have yet to see the boat in person. They are going to be at a local boat show in the fall/winter. Will they sell direct at the boat show? They say this is their number 1 seller so I'm assuming they will definitely have one there.

MSRP is $25-30k so is a target of $20-25k realistic?

I will be using this boat in the ocean with some occaisional choppy water. Will this boat handle those conditions well?

It will be fine in the ocean. Not a good setup for fishing.

I would buy something a little more geared towards coastal fishing (assuming you are on the Pacific side of things).

I'm east coast, cape cod.

This is only bowrider style boat I have found with a deep V hull for under $30k.

Gez 100 mile trip is no problem if you have freeways or good roads.

It's not too bad but seeing I live on the coast of Massachusetts there are about 1000 closer dealers, none of which sell Starcraft. Definitely less convenient. Even the dealer 105 miles away doesn't carry the runabouts so I'd have to order something site unseen.

Living on Cape Cod it is also horrible traffic in the summer. That 100 mile trip is two hours on a good day and close to double that on a bad day if traveling with the traffic.

Would love a GW dual console but if the Key West is $40k for the 21' plus trailer, I'm assuming the 20' GW would be more than that. The max I want to spend is $25k.

If I was regularly hitting big water, I'd want a self-bailing hull.
