2012 Mercruiser 4.3 no power under load

Hi All, 
I have a Bayliner boat 18' with 2012 Mercruiser 4.3L has only 90 hours!
The engine has absolutely no issues when starting, idling and accelerating on neutral only, but once I try to accelerate with throttle (forward or reverse) the engine won't go to more than 2,600rpm and 13knots speed. It's just like there's no power at all.
Any advices or suggestions please??

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,.... Pull the fuel filter, 'n examine it's contents in a clear jug for anything but clean fresh gasoline,....

My guess is, it's fulla crud, 'n water,....

Loui, I’m having the exact same problem you described with your boat. Mine is a 2008 Tahoe Q5i with 4.3 Mercruiser. Did you ever have your problem diagnosed definitively?
