Anyone know why I would get intermittent beeps while my boat is not being used (sitting in the garage)?
I checked my owner's manual, and I did not even see a legend of what different beeps would mean.
The beeps have been at random times, lasting up to 1 minute and occurring approx every 10 seconds?
I have since taken my boat on the water. When turning the key for the first time, it did not start, turned again and weakly turned over the engine. Stopped and restarted 8-10 times throughout the day in similar fashion.
The battery is 5 years old, measured 12.8 volts at rest, same as my trolling motor batteries.
