2016 f300uca digital control issues

I bought a used f300. I had a 250 with command link. I ended up purchasing dec master helm controls single station. I ran the wires as the pic I received from yamaha. I got the controls synced to motor. Prior to getting synced the key would not turn motor over motor but now it will start. The problem now is the controls dont light up orange or blue. Tilt trim works but thats it. I had to purchase 2 harnesses (#15 #12)to plug controls to bus bar. I used another 14 pin harness to rule that out. All caps are on bus bar. Gauges are not reading motor. Not sure what else to try. Thanks in advance.

So I hooked my old style fly by wire control box and the gauges worked. Read the hours on motor but it wouldnt start. Assuming it wont start because the motor was reset to the new controls. The other thing is with the old style box I have to use the device port on the command link hub but with the new master helm controls I have to use the BUS port on the hub. Also I have the older square gauges not the newer style that go with master helm
