I Have Found A Deal On The Gears And Clutch Dog From A 1960 25hp Johnson. I Need To Know If They Will Swap Out With My 1969 20hp Johnson.

Can't tell ya. There is no such thing as a 1960 25hp Johnson.

EDIT: 1960 was 18hp.

O.k. I Got More Imformation. Actually Its From A 18hp Model#fd14

The book sez the 378079 forward gear and 307485 reverse gear and 305191 dog fit both models. But the pinion gear is different.
