Beware ! Ordered This 21 Ft Party Deck 5-18-08 Received Boat6-21-08.took Boat Out And Found That At 25 Mph The Boat Porpusing Very Bad Even With Trim Set.boat Sat On My Boat Lift At Dock Thru July Will Tracker Desideing What To Do . Boat Was Taken Back To Bass Pro 8-12-08 .tracker Factory Wanted Bass Pro To Try To Repair ,wanted Video Etc. Of Problem.well Here It Is 9-9=08 I Have No Boat Still .factory Has Still Not Told Me Of Problem Or Any Info.this Is A Very Unhappy Customer Since I Have Not Only Lost A Whole Summer Of Boating But Insurance On A Boat I Cannot Use,loss Of Interest On $30,000.does Any One Else Have This Problem With Tracker ? Is It Time To Consult An Attorney?

party decker,what motor do you have? and what size prop?aluminum or stainless? Were you able to trim the motor to make it quit? how was the boat loaded?All or one of these factors could contribute or take away from the ride/ performance.It is distressing that someone Tracker would take this long to solve a problem for a customer.

i did order the optional 220 hp.it is the standard merc outdrive with a stock alum.prop.trim was all the way down ,any movement to the up postion would send the nose of the boat to a 45 degree angle up.boat was loaded with just myself(same issue) boat loaded with 3 adults to the front seemed to help a little(prox 25 degree angle up).here it is another week gone by .factory called on 9-10-08 said might be able to check it out first of next week.well here it is 9-17-08 called the factory for an update ,of course i just had to leave a message and hope for a call back.meantime my brand new boat sits in there factory lot un covered ,drain plug probably still in,no cover on while the springfeild area where the factory is received about 12 inches of rain!

just to update .here it is sept. 29th and still no boat. did not receive any return phone calls from the tracker factory after a sole promise by my cust. service rep. that he would call back on the statis.well sept. 22 nd i desided to travel from ca. to springfeild mo. to the factory.upon arriveial no one seemed to know nothing and were no not in a hurry to find out anything .i was there for approx. 2 hours and was not even offered a drink of water.well i guess i just wait .maybe i will have a boat back in time to winterize .one very angry customer,never a tracker again.i hope next season i do not have any problems,cause if i do iam sure i'll miss the summer of 2009 boating .

just an update.after many calls to the factory about my problem boat i drove from ca. to the springfeild factory and demanded a status on my boat .met with a manager .waited for over 3 hrs. for an update.was not even asked if i would like a water or anything even knowing that i have been on the road for 2 days.i was advised that my boat was done .bass pro in branson was to come and pick it up and take to branson to re install all my electronics and troll motor.was done the next day.took it out and seems to be fine .well of course my on board batt charger doesnt work ,cooler missing,trailer fender scrached,seats stained ,carpet soaked from setting out at the factory,all gauges condensation appeares.bottom line is boat will run out ok with trim all the way down,if you have passengers up front it will trim out at 1/4 up.i pulled the front livewell and found there structual repair was adding weight to the bow.factory,warranty work,bass pro branson gets an F.i will not take my boat to them for any reason.this boat is currently up for sale ! any takers?? Ed
