Hello fellow Iboat boaters, I started this project probably two and a half years ago and it has been sitting in my garage since then. I have lost most of the knowledge I once had and the motivation has been gone for a very long time. I am hoping that with a little bit of direction I will be able to get some of that back. Any info you can provide on at least the next step to take will be greatly beneficial. I am not looking for a work of art, just a finished product that floats. Please help. This is what I have done so far, but not sure where to go from here. The things I know I need to do are.

Install new Plug
Install pvc for wiring
Install floor and fix walls
Fix the rod holders
Fix and install the console
Make some new seats cushions
Paint

Re: 21ft Center Console

Forget the cosmetic stuff for now.

Finish glassin the transom to hull sides and keel,

install bilge pumps before decking.
Complete wiring and plumbing work before decking.

Drill drainage holes through bottom of stringers near the transom, they should have been done before installation of stringers. Seal drain hole edges with resin to protect stringers from sucking up water. All water should be able to migrate to the bilge from anywhere unless you have a fwd bilge area w/ pump ( some boats do).

Grey PVC pipe is stronger than the white stuff you have, I like 4" dia.

This is what you get for naming a boat "Time Out".:)
