Ok, so this could be an extremely dump question but i have to ask. I recently was out on my boat and the tilt and trim got stuck in the up position. Needless to say i had to use the MANUAL SCREW to lower the tilt and trim enough to get the motor to catch again. The tilt and trim worked fine but gets stuck when all the way up. So i went back to the dock and when i put the motor up after about 30 it slowly would be completely back in the water. YES there has been a small leak in one of the pistons. I have the gasket replacement kit but was trying to get through the season. Now for the dumb part of my issue. If this is a fluid issue do you actually add fluid to a section of the tilt and trim or where the power steering tank is? I did while on the water turn the small valve if looking at the trim is on the left side and heard air come out and quickly closed it. I don't know what that valve does. I didn't know if the MANUAL SCREW which i used could have anything to do with it as i did put it back tight. Sorry if this is a naive question but im in need of help.
