Okay, hope that got your attention. I just got off the phone with VIP and the guy tells me the middle section of my boat needs to be filled with foam and sealed up. I have no problem with filling the middel section between the hull and floor with foam, but I want a 1ft sq. access port to reach the second bilge I put in there. I also want to add some drainage to the bilge, which am told is WRONG. I thought as long as there was foam.. coast guard is happy? What about ski lockers, some boats have them and they are almost identical to my access port???
