24 ft pontoon evinrude 88 spl prop size

Have a 24ft pontoon with a 1996 evinrude 88 spl that at wot is turning 20 mph(gps) 4000 rpms. Current prop is 13x19 3 blade aluminum. Would it be beneficial to try a 4 blade

1. speed sounds OK, but rpms are down - assuming the tach is correct? Seems like they should be closer to 5k? You'll need to research that. If true, you might pick up some performance by dropping to a 13x17 or even a 13x15

2. 3 blade vs. 4? I wouldn't unless I had the need. Maybe a little extra power out of the hole, or better thrust available in reverse?

I suspect that you need a 13 pitch prop, that motor should be turning 5500 rpm, I personally like 4 bladed props on pontoons since they make it reverse better IMO.
