24ft pontoon ,1998 suzuki dt 100,, no prop currently ,,what do i need ,,

i have a 24 ft pontoon it has a 1998 suzuki dt100 ,,need to know what prop i need usually have a light load 2 adults 2 dogs 12gl of gas it does have full furniture,,looking for more speed then it has i no longer have the prop so i dont know what pitch or size it was ,,i mainly boat in the st johns river and lakes here in the central fl region,,

Prop size depends a lot on the weight of your boat But I would start with a 13.
Do you have any specs with the original prop.Original rpm and speed?
13 might be undersized but its better for your motor to be under propped.You can control the max rpm.If oversized the motor will lug leading to premature repair problems.

The motor is rated for 5750 rpm

I agree that thirteen is a good place to start. Do you have a tach?
