25 hp, long time to open up.

Takes this thing forever to plain out, does this have any thing to do with the rich or lean knob or is it something else? Carb has been rebuilt.

Nothing to do with the rich/lean knob. Sounds like low compression. Did you do a compression check? Try a decarb, sounds like it may help.
