25 hp merc hd wants to flood on idle what all adjustment screws are on this engine i only see one on top and i suspose its a idle screw? i can un hook fuel hookup when it starts flooding and it will smooth out

That the idle adjustment, you need to clean the carb and put a inlet needle in it
