aloha,<br /><br />I previously asked you a question as to the year of my Mercury...<br />We've had the boat out several times, now, and she runs fine, except at idle.<br />She won't pull start, easily, and won't idle worth a dang.<br />I know it's a no-no, but, I give the engine a whisper of ether to get it running with my finger<br />on the idle control to keep it running until I get it in gear. Of course, this involves removing and reinstalling the cover.<br />the motor runs fine at speed.
