hey all, i'm back. thanks for all your previous help w my 69' 25hp. she's got new pionts, condensors, plugs etc and runs in the barrel like a mule!! full throttle that thing almost knocked me and the barrel over. only question i have now is that she wont fire up cold w/o a quick lil spray of starting fluid. once she's warm she starts w 1 or 2 pulls. i cleaned the carb twice and sprayed all jets and ports and bypass holes w cleaner then air. am i missing something stupid? ie, should i set the points gap a lil tighter then the .20 or is there a pilot(idle) adjuster screw i overlooked?
