Hello there! I have a minor issue I have noticed lately on my 25hp merc pull start 2 stroke. I was trolling around with it at very low speeds for about 45 minutes when it dies so I restart it and it starts up but dies again when i try to throttle up. So i decide to pump the ball and it feels as if i just pumped it for the first time, i then turned up the idle speed and choke dial and it started up so I decided to just troll faster and it seemed to do okay. It just seems it does not want to idle down real low without dying out. It really always did this since i have had it at low speeds but it is now being difficult to restart without turning up the choke/idle speed dial. Also when on open throttle I noticed maybe a little bit of cutting out but the Hp and acceleration seem mostly good. Any help would be great im thinking a carb cleaning and fuel filter swap maybe the spark plug and wire too.
