25hp merc.lower unit capacity?

its a 1999.cant find this answered any where else.

dont think it even took half a quart when refilling,so i wanted to make sure.

Sounds about right. Did you fill from the drain plug hole, until it came out the vent plug hole? Do yourself a favor if you haven't already. buy the pump the for quart bottles. and replace the fiber washers on both plugs every time.
