270 leg ,AQ125a prop

Have a 1984 bayliner 18.5 haul and the 14 x15 prop just revs the engine a live high and so does the 14 X19 prop.
Anyone run a 15.25 x 15 prop on their 270 leg.....will it fit ? If it will maybe a 15 X 19 would be a better choice as I only use it as a fishing boat . Just going to A to B

What RPM'S are you getting with the 15P
​Is the prop a Volvo prop?
These Volvo 125s need a Volvo prop.to produce the HP and perform the way it should.

around 5500 rpm with the 15 Pitch and 5000rpm with the 19 pitch

If your propeller shaft is threaded you can use this long hub propeller, or a similar short hub prop.
SOLAS Amita 15-1/3 x 19 LH 8812-153-19 propeller

If your shaft is not threaded you'll need to fit a short hub propeller - or - tap the shaft.
