275 outdrive question

Looking for some help finding the correct parts for my 275 penta drive. Sn 27139747b.
Looking for the correct u joint bellows and the correct seal kit for the upper drive as drive oil is leaking into bellows.
Also wondering how hard of a job doing a seal kit on the upper would be. Thanks for the info

select the correct year and package option of your drive.

from there, get the bellows, transmission seal kit, new shims, and input shaft thrust sleave

follow the manual on pulling the input shaft, changing seals, and shimming to get proper rolling torque.

Thanks Scott. Do you know if there is an online manual or do I need to purchase one. Also do I need the new shims as I'm only replacing the seals and nothing else. Thank you for the quick response.

Early gear boxes require shims (later ones have a crush sleeve), since you will be pulling the bearing carrier out and removing the cardon shaft to replace the seal and crush washer, you will need to re-set up the bearings.

I downloaded my manual from volvo penta, however I believe they now charge a bit for the manual download
