2hp Evinrude NEED HELP!

I just purchased a 2hp evinrude outboard motor Mod. # 2502D 1975<br /><br />It looks to be in great shape, but it has no spark. <br />1. How can I check and see if the problem is the points, coil or the condesor? <br />2. I also have a question about compression, it has very little, is this normal for a 2 stroke? <br />3. The plate that holds the seal by the prop is broken but it does not leak. Is this ok?<br />4. How hard is it to find parts?<br />5. Is their anything that I need to know about this or smaller motors?<br /><br /> and yes I did get a great deal on it, that is why I was able to overlook the these problems...<br /><br />Thanks in advance...
