What wire do you have where on the isolator?

The center terminal needs to be attached to the Charging lead from the alternator.
The outside terminals go to + terminals of the two batteries.

There are a couple of ways to do this.

1/ trace the thick wire attached to the back of the alternator (should be about 10 guage) to where it hooks into either the original battery location or the + connection on the starter motor and remove it from it's current location and connect it to the center post on the isolator.
or
2/ disconect thist same wire from the back of the alternator and tape it up and run a new wire from the alternator (10 Guage) to the center post on the isolator.

Next run a wire (10 guage) from 1 outside post to the positive terminal on one battery.

Next run a wire (10 Guage) from the remaining outside terminal to the second battery.

Now you're done. :D
