3.0 L engine question

I may need to replace my 3.0 GL Volvo Penta engine in my boat. I have found a brand new engine on ebay and am wondering if anyone can help. The engine that I found is listed as a baseline 3.0 L Volvo Penta repacement for the year 1967-2009.

can anyone tell me if this motor is the correct motor to replace a 3.0 GL engine from a 2005 Glastron MX175.
