3.0 L Float Height Help

I'm Working On A 3.0 With Digital Ignition. I Have Already Rebuilt The Carb And Put The Float Height To Spec. The Time Is At Spec Also. The Problem I'm Having Is That It Bogs Down Then Picks Up. Acting Like Its Getting Flooded Out Then Accelerates. The Motor Has New Plugs, New Fuel Pump. Do I Need To Adjust The Float Height More? The Height Is Set At About 9-10 Mm And The Float Drop Is 27mm. Any Help Would Be Great Thanks.
